Jennie Harlow grew up on 15th Ave. with Hip Hop, Punk Rock, Jem and the Holograms, Elvis, black and white Hollywood starlets, and a culture that clashed with her shape.  Magazines with Vivienne Westwood, Betsey Johnson, and Gianni Versace inspired a dream of fashion design.As a young human, all there was for plus-size girls was baggy men's clothes and boring office wear for women.
